About The Event:

From the conventionally lopsided owner-developer contracts to the Competition Commission of India’s DLF verdict and introduction of the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016, the real-estate sector has come a long way, but this time with a tilt in favour of the ultimate consumer. Despite this, speculations remain about the impact on land owner-developer collaboration arrangements.

Mr. Varun Kalsi, Partner, PSA will discuss real-estate development through owner-developer collaborations, state the contours of negotiation and potential deal breakers, analyze contractual and practical nuances in order to devise a roadmap for a mutually beneficial relationship between contracting parties.
