LGBTQIA: Social Responsibility and Inclusivity at workspace

IFCCI in association with Alliance Française de Bombay is organizing a focused webinar on LGBTQIA: Social Responsibility and Inclusivity at workplace

The objective of this event will be the following :  

• To develop a community of resource people who are knowledgeable about gender identity and sexual orientation issues and resources, and are willing to support their lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender colleagues, classmates, and co-workers 
• To increase awareness and open discussion on often suppressed, silenced issues, tabooed topics and create networks of support socially and in the workspace 
• To understand what organizations are doing to help foster more visibly welcoming, safer, supportive, and promising environment for every individual to be themselves and feel inclusive in their space
