About the event :
Maharashtra, the state with the highest GDP in India, recorded $69.8 bn worth of exports in 2021-22, contributing about 22.7% to India's overall exports. It has ranked #1 in Export Preparedness Index in 2020 and has attracted over $ 39.16 Bn of FDI during Oct 2019 – March 2022. The state stands 2nd among all the States in receiving FDI with a share of 26.26% in FY 21. The state has a good presence of industrial clusters from varied sectors ranging from automobiles, agro, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, IT ITES, education, industries, etc.
