Learning a new language and culture not only provides you with knowledge but develops a relationship between native and foreign people.
For those of you who want to practice conversational Tamil & better understand the culture, IFCCI is setting up an introductory class of 2.5 hours on Tamil Language and Culture on 27th September at IFCCI Boardroom.
Highlights:
Some of the necessary parts of Tamil language that would be covered in this class are:
• Tamil phrases, practical words
• Tips to pickup tamil sentences
• Sentence formation
• Open discussion
This class will also be an initiation for those who may want to later take the 20 hour practical Tamil language class.
About the Speaker:
Ms. Seema Massot, who has been navigating between at least two or three cultures for the last 15 years, will lead the class. She is from Chennai and has lived in provincial France, in Paris and in New Delhi before coming back to Chennai in 2016. Seema has a post graduate degree from Sciences Po Paris and is a cultural and communication consultant.
