With rising demand for fresh, high-quality food, especially in urban and emerging markets, the global supply chain is rapidly adopting cold storage, smart logistics, and data-driven solutions to reduce food loss and maintain quality. In India, while infrastructure and cost challenges remain, the government’s 100% FDI policy is attracting investment and accelerating growth.
