Objective:
India’s retail landscape is undergoing a significant transformation as quick commerce evolves beyond a convenience-led delivery model into a strategic sales and marketing channel. The discussion will explore:

- How brands are adapting their go-to-market and omnichannel strategies
- Supply chain transformation and inventory optimisation for ultra-fast delivery
- The role of AI, data analytics and technology in demand forecasting and customer engagement
- Balancing profitability, pricing consistency, visibility and brand equity across retail channels
- Opportunities for French consumer brands arising from the proposed India–EU FTA
