IFCCI HR Committee is organising a targeted knowledge session on ‘The Essential Guide on Expat Compensation and Taxation in India’, on 6th June 2024 , from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm in a Hybrid format in New Delhi.

This session will shed light on the practical challenges faced by CHROs of French Companies operating in India. It will cover critical topics around the theme including Expat Taxation, Deductions under Indian Law from a Social Security Perspective, Provident Fund regulations under the India – France Social Security Agreement, and a comprehensive discussion on the implications of the Labour Codes from a Corporate Perspective.
