IFCCI Chennai is organizing their breakfast roundtable series for members
IFCCI, in association with Trilegal as the Knowledge Partner, is organising a session on “India’s New Labour Laws and Workforce Compliance” on Wednesday, 8 July 2026, in Chennai.
As part of IFCCI Members Breakfast Series, this session will focus on the significant transformation of India’s employment and compliance landscape through the introduction of the new Labour Codes. These reforms consolidate 29 central labour laws into a unified framework and are expected to have far-reaching implications for workforce management, compensation structures, social security, and industrial relations.
The session is aimed at enabling French and Indo-French companies operating in India to gain a clear understanding of the practical implications of the new labour law regime and translate regulatory changes into effective compliance strategies.
