As the Indo-French economic corridor continues to grow, the demand for globally experienced, bicultural talent has never been higher. This second edition marks an evolution- from a Career Dating format to a high-impact recruitment and employer branding platform.
This exclusive event will bring together:
• Leading French & Indian companies
• Alumni from Alliance Française, France's Grandes Écoles and Universities and English Language Assistants
• High-potential, bicultural talent
More than just a hiring event, Bonjour Talents 2026 is designed to shape the future of Indo-French talent collaboration and business growth.
Event Format:
The event will unfold in three parts.
- Spotlight Conversations (Employer Branding focused) to give the candidates quick visibility in the corporate culture, values, aspirations and growth path of the participating companies.
- The candidates will rotate across company tables in brief, structured conversations (5 minutes each), giving recruiters immediate visibility into a wide spectrum of talent.
- This will be followed by a Networking Reception, encouraging deeper discussions and relationship-building in a more relaxed environment.
The format balances efficiency in talent access with community-building in engagement.
Candidate Requirements:
Open to alumni of French higher education institutes, Alliance Française, and English Language Assistants.
