Objective:

Most teams are technically strong, but that does not make them high performing. Leading and managing Indo-French teams is a complex task. The contrasts in each culture’s relationship to hierarchy, disagreement and time need to be decoded.
This 60-minute webinar is designed for HR Directors, CEOs, and senior managers who want to build more effective, inclusive, and resilient Indo-French teams.
