The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) is proud to announce the launch of 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝘆𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀 𝟮.𝟬, IFCCI's Transformational Coaching Program, in alignment with this year's global IWD theme “𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝗻”.
IFCCI’s Chrysalis programme, a structured, transformational coaching journey is designed to support high-potential women professionals in navigating leadership, career progression, and professional transitions.
Guided by Ms. Anjali Patil, Founder - illumina Consulting, an ICF-accredited executive coach with over three decades of senior leadership experience across global financial services institutions, this exclusive initiative is designed to empower 10* high-potential women executives and entrepreneurs from IFCCI Member Companies through dedicated one-on-one sessions.

- Improved presence, influence, and stakeholder effectiveness
- Structured support in navigating complexity and career transitions
- Actionable development goals supported through professional coaching
Participant Selection & Governance
Eligibility
- Women professionals with 08+ years of work experience
- Currently in people management roles or critical individual contributor positions
- Demonstrated aspiration for professional growth
Selection Process
- Short application capturing motivation and development goals (enclosed below)
- Brief alignment discussion with the Coach
Confidentiality & Ethics
- All coaching conversations remain strictly confidential
- Participant data and programme governance aligned with Indian DPDP Act, 2023 and European GDPR principles
Offered at a nominal contribution, this initiative makes high-impact professional development more accessible, helping women advance in leadership and career growth.
