With over 20 years of experience Viral has a deep understanding of the real estate market in India, having handled complex office, industrial and investment transactions.
He has been working with Knight Frank for the last 15 years and is responsible for the office brokerage business across India. During his stint in Knight Frank, he has handled over 400 transactions amounting to over 20 mn sq ft space. Leading a team of over 100 brokers, he has been engaged with some of landmark deals for Knight Frank in India and in the region.
Some key deals in the recent past - Tata Consultancy Services, Siemens, Samsung and Bayer Crop Science Limited, Trimble, LAM Research Palo Alto, Seven-Eleven to name a few.
He shares excellent relationships with developers across the country and advises them on their leasing portfolios. Additionally, over the last few years, he has focused on pre-leased investments across the country and helped investors and corporates build their assets with enviable returns.
Prior to this role in Knight Frank, he has worked with various software companies like Convergys and EDS in the areas of process improvement and real estate.
