Mr. Sunil Arora leads the taxation function of the firm at the New Delhi office. An expert in international taxation, he advises companies on operation strategy in India, structuring issues, tax planning avenues, expatriate taxation, due diligence and devising transfer pricing policies and defending them before the tax authorities, and appellate bodies. Sunil has successfully represented his clients in contract negotiations, various tax and appellate bodies including the Commissioner (Appeals) as well as the Dispute Resolution Panel.
