Stéphane DeblaiseCEO, Renault Group India

Stéphane Deblaise graduated from Télécom Physique Strasbourg and IFP School. He began his career at Saft Batteries, before joining Renault Group in 2000 as an Advanced Process Engineer.

Over a 25-year career with Renault Group, he has held several international leadership positions including Chief Vehicle Engineer for the Entry Program in Latin America, Vice President Product planning & Programs at Dongfeng Renault in China, Worldwide C&D Segment Program Director in France, and Vice President, vehicles and cross car line Program Director for Renault Group.

In 2022, Mr. Deblaise was appointed CEO of Renault Korea, where he led the company’s transformation into a global development and production hub for mid and large sized vehicles and led the modernization of the Busan plant for multi-energy vehicle production.

Since September 2025, he has been leading Renault Group India. He is responsible for all Renault Group entities in the country and leads the Group’s growth strategy in India, one of Renault’s key international markets.
