Simon de Beauregard is Chief Transformation Officer at Pernod Ricard India. 
With deep sectoral experience across three continents in Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Innovation and Digital, Simon currently leads Strategy and Transformation at Pernod Ricard India (PRI), building and scaling up new capabilities across Strategic Planning, Data, Digital Transformation, Analytics, Program Management Office, Merger and Acquisition and New Businesses. He has been member of the Executive Committee at Pernod Ricard India since 2022. With 17+ years of experience in both global and local positions, Simon has worked across diverse roles in Strategy, Marketing and Digital at PepsiCo, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and in Venture Capital prior to joining Pernod Ricard.  Simon’s work has won many accolades and recognitions including 
“EFFIE”, “FAB”, “Lions”, “Clio”, “Shorty”, “Growth Brand” awards, The Spirits Business, to name a few. He is a credible voice in the marketing community, having contributed to numerous reports with eMarketer, 
Digiday and other digital players on digital trends. 

In his previous stint as the Managing Director for the international business at PR France, Simon led two 
categories -Aperitifs and non-alcoholic- while recalibrating the strategy, communication, and business 
development for numerous brands. Prior to that, he served as a Brand and Digital Director at PR USA, working on iconic brands such as Absolut Vodka and Malibu Rum in spirits’ largest market. He holds three master’s degree in management garnered across France, UK, and German
