Ms. Sukhman RandhawaPartnerships and Development Finance Officer, United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office, India

Ms Sukhman Randhawa is currently leading Partnerships and Development Financing for the United Nations Resident Coordinator's Office in India. Her role focuses on curating strategic partnerships for the UN system in India with diverse stakeholders and driving development funding towards the 2030 SDG Agenda. Ms Randhawa has over 15 years of experience in the development sector in national-level policy design, strategic thinking, implementation of development projects, and coalition building. She has also worked extensively at the intersection of education, skills, innovation, partnership building and digital inclusion. Ms Randhawa has also worked for over 10 years with the former Prime Minister's Office in India on national level policy and implementation in the areas of education, rural digital infrastructure, public sector innovation and social impact financing.
She has a Masters from the University of Cambridge and a Mid-Career Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She was a Mason Fellow and a Ford Foundation Fellow at the Ash Centre for Democratic Governance and Innovation, Harvard University and was awarded a full scholarship by the University. She was also the recipient of the Cambridge Commonwealth Scholarship during her time at the University of Cambridge. She completed her undergraduate studies at St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
