Sanjay Chalke is the Executive Vice President and India Head for Sogeti, a Capgemini Group Company. In this role, Sanjay will be responsible for P&L, strategic initiatives to drive Business Performance, Future proofing of Portfolios and build high performing delivery teams enabling innovation and thought leadership.

He joined Capgemini in July 2016 and has been instrumental in key Business Transformation  initiatives involving  marquee global customers. His role also involves strengthening large deal management using innovation and Automation/AI as a key lever to serve the customers and help them in their Digital transformation journey by strategically leveraging Digital and Analytics. He is responsible for leading Pre-sales, Solutions & delivery and support globally as well as responsible for implementation of Intelligent Automation roadmap leveraging Cognitive, Robotic Process Automation, NLP, Machine learning, Chatbots and Self-healing intelligent agents for global customers.

He was nominated to be part of  ‘Leaders for Tomorrow’ a development program for Capgemini VPs  due to his success in the acquisition of new customers & acceleration of growth in digital space. Sanjay has experience of over 25 years in the industry and has successfully led delivery transformation initiatives for global customers. He started his professional career with Siemens and also worked with Covansys and then moved on to CSC where he was Global Head for SAP Practice, Application & Solutions  and responsible for cost & profitability of annual revenue of over $185M for all global SAP Digital.  

Sanjay has completed his Masters of Business Administration from University of Mumbai and also completed his executive education in General Management and leadership from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Additinally he is a sports aficionado and  is a marathon runner and is actively involved in the community.
