Mr. Rishi VasudevCEO, Lifestyle and Home Centre

Rishi Vasudev is the Executive Director, Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd. (LIPL) and serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Lifestyle Department Stores and Home Centre. He is a veteran in Fashion and Retail industry with over 21 years of experience – both offline and online. He is highly regarded for his capabilities of managing large businesses, leading and mentoring high profile teams, leveraging technology and innovations, whilst transforming challenges into opportunities.

Prior to joining LIPL, Rishi was with Flipkart where he was instrumental in creating the overall fashion strategy and differentiation for each of the businesses – Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong as the Group’s Senior Vice President and Fashion Group Head. He successfully set up the online Marketplace by building private brands and establishing critical partnerships globally and within India. He was also pivotal in procuring licensing partnerships with many international brands that strengthened Flipkart Group’s value proposition.

Prior to this, he served as the CEO of Calvin Klein, growing the brand and leading its distribution expansion in the country. Rishi also served as Sr. Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for Arrow, Gant and Izod at Arvind Brands, leading Arrow’s transformation from a shirt company to a contemporary lifestyle brand.

Rishi holds a Bachelor of Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra. He started his career with the Aditya Birla Group as a Management Trainee from MDI Gurugram and worked with them for over 8 years in various capacities with brands like Grasim and Louis Phillipe.
