Lucky is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and holds an LLB degree from Delhi University. He has more than 10 years of post qualification experience in the field of indirect tax advisory, compliances, regulatory and litigation matters related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) Service Tax, Excise, VAT, Custom Laws and Foreign Trade Policy.

He has assisted various companies to assess potential impact of Goods and Services Tax (GST) on their business functions/operations and providing necessary support for implementation and seamless transition to GST. Advised multinational companies on indirect tax implication on the proposed/ existing business model and suggesting alternate business models with a view to minimize tax liabilities. He has also assisted various multinational companies on India entry strategies with a view to minimize indirect tax liabilities and have optimum business model from tax as well as commercial perspective.

His expertise also includes conducting due diligence/ diagnostic reviews on the target companies/companies from Indirect Tax perspective on behalf of potential investors/management, quantifying and highlighting the indirect taxes exposures/non-compliances and its consequences. He has provided litigation support to various clients from Excise, Service Tax perspective and represented clients at appellate level.
