Laurie is a dedicated, committed, fully engaged and highly driven professional of Customer Support and Services for the world's leading civil aircraft manufacturer. He joined Airbus group in 1992, after almost 10 years with BAE Systems.
Laurie has a truly global experience with management of customer support divisions for Western Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa Middle-East and South Asia. He arrived in India in 2018 to federate and lead a team dedicated to secure the full satisfaction of Airbus customers, and to drive services business development in South Asia.
Laurie has a passion for travel, football and philately.
