Shri. Kaustubh Dhavse is the Chief Advisor (Investments & Strategy) to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, where he leads investment promotion, foreign direct investment facilitation, and policy design. With over two decades of experience spanning strategy, consulting, and technology across global organizations like Solectron Inc., HP Inc., and Frost & Sullivan, he brings a unique blend of corporate expertise and public policy acumen. Previously, he served as Officer on Special Duty to the CM, contributing significantly to governance and reform initiatives. An engineer by training, Kaustubh also has an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research and holds a Master’s in public policy from Harvard Kennedy School. With extensive experience spanning public policy, digital transformation, and emerging technologies, Mr. Dhavse plays a pivotal role in shaping forward-looking strategies that align with both state and national priorities.

Beyond government, he actively engages with the academic and cultural ecosystem as a board member of SPJIMR and the Mumbai Film Festival and is widely regarded as a thought leader at the intersection of policy, technology, and economic development.
