Mr. Jean-Marie Tocchio joined the Lyon office of Bignon Lebray in 2020 as a partner.

With more than 21 years of experience, he has developed a dual expertise in complex contract law and corporate law, particularly for public companies (SEM, SPL).

On a daily basis, he advises various players in heavy industry (energy, chemicals, metallurgy/automotive, defense, aeronautics, transportation, industrial equipment manufacturers) in their development and expansion, through the development of internal projects (new technical processes in cooperation, creation of industrial sites) or structural and external growth operations, whether in France or abroad.

Since 2013, he has also been involved in the development of business relations between France and India, assisting French companies in setting up and managing their commercial relations or local structures (joint ventures, subsidiaries, international trade operations, search for partners or acquisition targets) and Indian companies in starting up their activities in France.
