Ganesh is a Director on the Board of BIC’s Indian subsidiary BIC Cello (India) Pvt Ltd. He is also the General Counsel for the BIC Group’s € 300 M business cluster of MEA, India and Asia Pac.  Ganesh started at BIC in 2015 as the General Counsel of ‘Cello Pens’, the No.1 pen brand inIndia, after its acquisition by BIC.

At BIC, he is responsible for leading the legal strategy, policy advocacy and Government affairs for the region.

Ganesh has over 18 years of experience as in house counsel in the FMCG industryacross companies like Marico and Hindustan Unilever. His areas of expertise includeintellectual property matters, disputes and litigation, M&A and compliance. He is by qualification a lawyer and Company Secretary.
