Franciska Decuypere is the Head o{Territory - India at BNP Paribas. She has extensive experience in retail banking specifically in the areas o{ strategic marketing, business development, distribution and digital transformation. Franciska was Head o{ Retail & SME business line at BNP Paribas International Retail Banking[rom September 2016 to August 2018.

Prior to that, she was the Head o{ BNP Paribas Personal Investors, an international business line o{ BNP Paribas, online specialist {or brokerage and retail banking services {rom April 2014 to September 2016

Franciska joined the HR Department o{ BNP Paribas Group in 2012 as Head o{ Transversal Career Management with responsibility {or the Career Management & Talent Development o{ the BNP Paribas’ senior management. She was previously Head o{ Marketing, Distribution Channels and Communication at BNP Paribas Fortis Retail & Private Banking in Belgium, which she joined in 2007.

From 1984 to 2007, she held several sales management and marketing positions at Atos Worldline and ING.
