Benoit RaniniCEO at TNP Group

Benoit RANINI, 50, is an entrepreneur who graduated from Institut National Polytechnique de
Grenoble. He has 20 years of experience in consulting in an international context.

He began his career at Bossard Consultants handling issues on strategy and organizational
performance for 5 years. Later, he joined DXC Technology to lead major business
transformation programs in the automotive, aerospace and defense industries.

In 2007, along with Guy LETURCQ, he founded TNP Consultants, an independent consulting
firm specialized in complex digital transformation programs. Through an innovative
ecosystem of start-ups, new technologies, and an in-house start-up accelerator called Gate
31, Benoit RANINI has set up a unique network dedicated to co-design and co-develop
customized digital and business solutions for major blue-chip companies.
