Mr. Arun Gupta is a Law Graduate, fellow member of ICSI, a Registered Insolvency Professional and certified Privacy Professional and presently enrolled as a member of Bar Council of Delhi. He has also completed a course “CS 50 for Lawyers” from Harvard University. He has an extensive experience of more than 20 years in the fields of Corporate & Commercial Laws and Restructuring matters. He is founder partner of a boutique law firm “Factum legal” having office in Delhi. He primarily manages and administer matters related to Corporate Drafting, M & A, Joint Ventures, Insolvency and bankruptcy Laws, Corporate compliances and governance, Inbound and outbound Investment, Dispute Resolution, Data Privacy laws etc.
