Anuradha Suvarna is Chief Sustainability Officer & Head Corporate Social Responsibility at L’Oréal India; she is responsible for driving the Group’s sustainability charter, L’Oréal for the Future.

Anuradha has been with L’Oréal since 2023; she has over 14 years of professional experience in corporate responsibility and development. At L’Oréal, she is committed to supporting the company transition towards an increasingly sustainable business model and spearheading social impact initiatives in India, with a focus on education, livliohoods and environment program. 

In her previous role at Mahindra & Mahindra, she headed the group’s flagship CSR project, Nanhi Kali - one of India’s largest girl empowerment initiatives. She has also worked with Cipla Foundation and the Essar Group.

Anuradha holds an MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology from the London School of Economics and an executive education in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, UK.
