He is an organizational culture, change and leadership development expert who has spent significant time in India and the APAC region delivering cutting edge consulting work to a variety of sectors. In his last four plus years at Aon he has provided leadership to the Culture and Engagement Practice and taken in to new heights on quality of insights and size of business. Ajith has authored a new model on organizational agility which was inaugurated as part of the Best Employer Conference in 2018.

A certified coach, Ajith works extensively with Corporates and the developmental sector in creating leadership capability and helping individuals harness their potential. He has recently started supporting MentorMeIndia as part of their Advisory Board, and has been involved with Swasth in the past. Ajith has written extensively in leading HR publications and has also featured as guest speaker at industry forums such as CII and SHRM. He has also been a panelist an Industry Conclaves holding forth on his point of view on Culture and Change. He is an Electronics Engineer with a post-graduation from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
