New Delhi: Official Launch of Paul Bakery in India

The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry(IFCCI) along with Paul Bakery organized the Official Launch of Paul Bakery in India on Thursday, 25th April 2019 at Paul Bakery's first store in India at the Ambience Mall, Gurgaon in the presence of Ms. Claire Thuaudet, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of France in India and Mr. Christian Raimbault, General Manager, Operations and Development Franchaise, Paul Bakery.
Paul is a French chain of bakery/café restaurants established in 1889 in the town of Croix, in Nord, by Charlemagne Mayot. It specializes in serving French products including breads, crêpes, sandwiches, macarons, soups, cakes, pastries, coffee, wine, and beer. Paul has 350 + cafés globally.
The launch commenced with the official ribbon cutting ceremony followed by an introductory address by IFCCI's Director General - Ms. Payal S Kanwar. Subsequently, Ms. Claire Thuaudet and Mr. Christian Raimbault gave a brief address congratulating the Paul and the IFCCI Team on a successful opening.
The Chamber's members who graced the opening ceremony with their presence enjoyed a wide range of exquisite French Delicacies and pour of French Press.
