New Delhi: Forensic Masterclass With SKP

Following the success of the previous session held in September, The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI) and SKP Business Consulting LLP conducted a Forensic Masterclass on 'Essentials for Anti-Corruption Compliance and Handling Harassment Allegations' on Wednesday, 24th April 2019 at the Pullman Hotel, Aerocity, New Delhi.
The discussion revolved around the core seminar topics panelled by:

- Mr Shankh Sengupta, Partner, Disputer Resolution, Trilegal
- Ms Nandita Khurana, Zone Head Legal, Africa India Middle East at Michelin;Director Public Affairs & Government Relations (India)
- Ms Lubinisha Saha, General Counsel, Airbus, India and South Asia
SKP carried an extremely interesting live survey which, with the help of analysis and statistics helped panelists as well as participants in understanding the awareness amongst the participants around Margin pressures, technological advancements, market changes and competitive environment, compliance, Domestic anti-corruption regulations, SAPIN II, Harassment and discrimination concerns by employees/third parties, Handling harassment and discrimination concerns.
The event concluded with an interactive session among the participants and the panelists.
