IFCCI Delhi Galette des Rois 2024
IFCCI Delhi hosted a Members' Networking Breakfast - Galette des Rois, at Cafe Monique at The Manor, New Delhi on 12th January 2024.
Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) Delhi hosted a Members' Networking Breakfast - Galette des Rois, to celebrate the spirit of the New Year, at Cafe Monique at The Manor, New Delhi on 12th January 2024. This is an annual get-together that IFCCI organises for its members at the start of the year.
Monique is one of a kind French patisserie offering a fine selection of desserts and French delicacies, creating a bridge between India and the French countryside.
Galette des Rois is a popular French tradition with 'Galette' or puffy pastry cake, which has a small charm (fève) hidden inside. The lucky person who got the 'fève' were crowned King or Queen for the day.
The beautiful winter morning witnessed the presence of nearly 50 members coming together for an informal catchup over delicious galette, croissants and madeleines, crafted by Chef Maxime.
