IFCCI's Career Booster Season II – Session II

IFCCI organised its Career Booster Season II Session II, titled "Building the Next Generation of Luxury Retail Talent in India."

The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI), under the aegis of its HR and Higher Education Committees, successfully organised its Career Booster Season II Session II, titled "Building the Next Generation of Luxury Retail Talent in India." 

The webinar brought together students, young professionals, and industry leaders to gain valuable insights into the evolving landscape of luxury retail and the skills required to build a successful career in the sector.

The session commenced with welcome remarks by Ms. Jyotsna Mansukhani, Head – HR & Recruitment Services, IFCCI, who reaffirmed IFCCI's commitment to strengthening the talent ecosystem by creating meaningful interactions between industry leaders, higher education institutions, and aspiring professionals.

The session then transitioned into an engaging fireside chat between Ms. Bhawna Khurana, People Business Partner, Louis Vuitton India & Vice-Chairperson, IFCCI HR Committee, and Ms. Maud Le Bars, South Asia Area Manager, OMNES Education & Chairperson, IFCCI Higher Education Committee.

Drawing from her extensive experience in luxury retail and human resources, Ms. Bhawna Khurana shared valuable perspectives on the evolution of India's luxury retail market, the growing opportunities within the sector, and the qualities that distinguish successful professionals in this highly competitive industry. The discussion also explored the unique culture of luxury brands, the importance of client experience, and how organisations such as Louis Vuitton nurture talent through structured learning and leadership development initiatives.
