The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI), under the aegis of the IFCCI Industries Committee, in association with ANM Global featuring Santarelli, organised a webinar on "Brand & Design Protection: An Indo-French Perspective" on 8th July 2026.

The webinar featured expert insights from Ms. Sophie Marc – Partner, Santarelli; Mr. Nidhish Mehrotra - Founder & Managing Partner, ANM Global, India; Mr. Gautam Panchal - Partner & Head of Design, ANM Global, India; Mr. Shwetank Tripathi - Partner, ANM Global, India, who shared practical perspectiveson protecting trademarks and designs across India and France. The discussion focused on registration strategies, enforcement mechanisms, cross-border IP protection, and best practices for safeguarding intellectual property in an increasingly global and digital business environment.
