IFCCI under the aegis of its MarCom Committee successfully organized an engaging webinar on “AI-Powered Consumer Intelligence & Actionable Insights”

The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI), under the aegis of its MarCom Committee successfully organized an engaging webinar on “AI-Powered Consumer Intelligence & Actionable Insights”, in association with consumr.ai. The session commenced with welcome remarks by Ms. Anuja Sharma, Manager – Communications, IFCCI & SPOC for the IFCCI MarCom Committee.

In his special remarks, Mr. Rajat Abbi, Chairperson, IFCCI MarCom Committee and Vice President – Marketing, Schneider Electric India, reflected on the Committee’s past initiatives and highlighted committee’s focus on creating platforms for knowledge sharing and fostering collaboration among marketing and communication professionals.

The session focused on one central question: How can businesses move beyond traditional consumer research to build real-time, actionable intelligence?

Addressing this, Mr. Vivek Bhargava, Co-founder, consumr.ai, and Ms. Jaishree Agrawal, Consumer Insights and Strategy Leader shared perspectives on the growing disconnect between consumer intent and their actual behaviour. The discussion emphasized how AI is helping organizations shift from retrospective analysis towards dynamic intelligence systems that combine behavioural signals from search, commerce ecosystems, social engagement, and content consumption.

Adding a practical dimension, Ms. Jaishree Agrawal showcased the consumr.ai platform through a live demonstration, illustrating how AI-powered intelligence can decode consumer behaviour, identify emerging trends, and generate actionable insights in real time. The walkthrough highlighted capabilities such as audience discovery, intent mapping, behavioural signal analysis, AI Twins, and structured intelligence systems.
