IFCCI Session on The Future of Quick Commerce: Redefining Consumer Engagement, Supply Chains and Brand Growth

The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry, under the aegis of its Consumer Goods & Services Committee, organised a fireside discussion and networking cocktail on 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲: 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 on 3rd September in IFCCI's Delhi office. 

The panelists and speakers were welcomed by Ms. Payal S. Kanwar, Director General, IFCCI & Ms. Priyasha Saluja, Founder, The Cinnamon Kitchen and Vice-Chairperson, IFCCI Consumer Goods & Services Committee, by setting the context and highlighting the growing importance of quick commerce for consumer brands in India.

The conversation moderated by Mr. Anil Rajpal, Managing Partner & Founder, One Consulting Firm, in conversation with Ms. Priyasha Saluja; Mr. Ritvik Nagpal Co-Founder - Dcluttr; and Mr. Shashank Shekhar Sharma, Founder & CEO - Solgram highlighted how quick commerce is rapidly moving beyond convenience to become a powerful driver of brand growth and consumer engagement, accentuating the following:
🔹From rethinking supply chains and omnichannel strategies to leveraging technology, data and consumer insights, brands are adapting to an increasingly dynamic marketplace
🔹The rise of micro-categories and evolving consumer needs is also creating new opportunities for emerging brands
🔹With India’s quick commerce ecosystem growing at pace the opportunities for French and international consumer brands are only getting bigger.

The evening wrapped up with wine, canapés by The Cinnamon Kitchen and meaningful conversations, as industry leaders connected, exchanged ideas and explored opportunities for future collaboration.
