The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) was pleased to facilitate a high-level interaction between the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, other senior officials from the Government of Madhya Pradesh (Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Mr. Raghavendra Kumar; Managing Director, MPIDC, Mr. Chandramauli Shukla, and Additional Secretary (New and Renewable Energy), Mr. Manu Srivastava), and a delegation of leading French investors in India.
The meeting, hosted by the Government of Madhya Pradesh on 16th July 2026, at the Leela Palace, New Delhi, marked another important step in the dialogue initiated through the Indo-French Investment Conclave organized by IFCCI in partnership with MPIDC held in Bhopal two months ago.
This delegation was led by Ms. Payal S. Kanwar, Director General, IFCCI, alongwith Ms. Axelle Blanchard, Counsellor for Energy and Digital Technologies and Deputy Head of the Regional Economic Department for India and South Asia, Embassy of France in India.
Senior Leaders from Dassault Systèmes, Engie, Mexens, POMA Ropeways, Sanofi, Soufflet Malt India, and SYSTRA India, spoke on the sectors they represent, along with their existing and potential projects in the region, reaffirming their commitment to supporting the state's growth and industrial development.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, MP Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC), and GITA for their continued engagements with the French business community.
As French companies continue to explore opportunities across India's high-growth states, such interactions play a vital role in aligning government priorities with industry aspirations, fostering an investment-conducive environment.
