High-Level Roundtable Meeting with CM of Andhra Pradesh and French Investors

IFCCI lead a high-level delegation of French companies to Andhra Pradesh on 17th September under the leadership of Mr. Marc Lamy.

The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) lead a high-level delegation of French companies to Andhra Pradesh, under the leadership of Mr. Marc Lamy, Consul General of France in Bangalore.

A key highlight of the mission was the meeting with the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, during which French industry leaders reaffirmed their long-term commitment to the state and explored new avenues for collaboration. The discussions underscored Andhra Pradesh’s strategic position as a gateway for French investment and innovation in India.

The delegation also met with Mr. Saikanth Varma (IAS), CEO of the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB), to gain insights into the state’s ambitious economic vision and present ongoing French projects as well as future investment plans.

Participating companies included Dassault Systèmes, Imerys, Pernod Ricard, EDF, and SNF.

This visit marks a significant milestone in advancing Indo-French economic relations, reinforcing IFCCI’s commitment to fostering meaningful business opportunities and strengthening partnerships across India.
