The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI), under the aegis of its MarCom Committee in association with Publicis Groupe India, successfully organised an engaging webinar on ‘Embracing Gen AI: Beyond Awe, Fear and Hype’ on Friday, 5th September 2025. 

The session commenced with welcome remarks by Ms. Payal S. Kanwar, Director General of IFCCI, and opening remarks by Mr. Rajat Abbi, Vice President – Marketing, Greater India, Schneider Electric and Chairperson of the IFCCI MarCom Committee, reflected on the Committee’s initiatives and emphasized on the session’s topic on the growing strategic significance of Generative AI in shaping the future of marketing and business. In the keynote presentation by Mr. Hari Krishnan, Managing Director, Content and Marcomm, Publicis Groupé India, an in-depth perspective on Gen AI was shared along with case studies executed by the Publicis Groupé. He highlighted that AI is poised to redefine marketing practices, creativity, content development, and business models, making it imperative for professionals to continuously learn and adapt.

The webinar was moderated by Ms. Anuja Sharma, Manager – Communications, IFCCI & concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Rishika Roy, Deputy Director, IFCCI North.
