Ms. Payal S. Kanwar, Director General, IFCCI opened the Session and welcomed the Speakers and Participants.
Speakers from Kochhar & Co. Mr. Chandrasekhar Tampi, Senior Partner and Mr. Ankur Khandelwal, Partner gave a comprehensive and enlightening presentation on whether the spread of COVID-19 is a Force Majeure event alongwith the legal implications on Performance of Contracts and Force Majeure as well as covered the analysis of the statutory provisions and judicial precedents.
Mr. Rohit Kochhar, Founding Member and Managing Partner Kochhar & Co. also addressed the participants.
It was an interesting Webinar with over 90 participants joining the Session and involved an interactive Q&A Session with participants.
