Delhi girl bags French culinary contest
PUDUCHERRY: Delhi girl girl Raavi Kapoor won the culinary contest during the annual gastronomical event, 'Gout de France' (Good France) conceived by the French ministry of foreign affairs.
The annual event was organised by the Embassy of France, Business France,Atout France and Indo-French Chamber of Commrce and Industry (IFCCI) in partnership with restaurants accross the country.
The Embassy of France shared the recipe of a acardomom saffron crème brûlée, a French dessert with an Indian twist created by the chef of the Residence of France, on its social meda handle and invited people to try the recipe at home and share pictures and videos of their take to participate in the contest.
Raavi's interpretation of the recipe with an Indian twist won the contest. She has won a complimentary dinner for two at one of the participating restaurants.
She studies French at the Alliance Française de Delhi.
