Bangalore: IFCCI at DefExpo 2020
IFCCI partnered with GIFAS – Groupements des Industries Francaises Aeronautiques et Spaciales, GICAN & SIDM, for the India-France Defence Country Seminar that took place during the first day of DefExpo 2020 in Lucknow on the 28th February.

The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI) partnered with GIFAS – Groupements des Industries Francaises Aeronautiques et Spaciales, GICAN & SIDM, for the India-France Defence Country Seminar that took place during the first day of DefExpo 2020 in Lucknow on the 5th February.
IFCCI President Mr. Sumeet Anand, Vice-President Mr. Emmanuel De Roquefeuil, Director General Ms. Payal Kanwar and Regional Director South Mr. Yohann Samuel were present for this day.
The French presence was one of the strongest foreign delegations present at DefExpo 2020.
H.E Mr. Emmanuel Lenain, Ambassador of France to India reiterated during the inaugural session that France & India are well weathered partners and Defence & Aerospace is a pillar of the bilateral relationship.

The IFCCI Defence & Aerospace Committee was also represented with the presence of its Chairman Mr. Emmanuel De Roquefeuil (Thales) and its Co-Chairman, Mr. Anand Stanley (Airbus), who both were on the panel discussion on the Joint Manufacturing for Make in India.
