Theme: Charting a New People Journey
as per the following schedule:

Venue - Hyatt Regency, New Delhi
This year's edition will focus on the emerging topic in Human Resources: Charting a New People Journey, followed by the IFCCI HR Awards. The event will bring together global experts and highly accomplished business leaders to discuss, deliberate, share experiences and debate on the themes mentioned below.
The esteemed panelists from diverse industries will conduct insightful discussions on the new evolved workplace, with multi-generational workforce and the evolved challenges for the People Function in an organisation. The two Panel Discussions will focus on the following topics:
PANEL I - DEVELOPING NEW AGE LEADERS: Organisation’s approach and Industry’s leading practices.
PANEL II - PEOPLE ANALYTICS AND THE INFLUENCE ON EMPLOYEE JOURNEY:Impact of People Analytics and its influence on the employee's journey, employee engagement, retention and productivity and the impact of the HR data driven approach.
