She is specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Collaboration, Intellectual Property and Project Finance particularly in the field of technological collaboration where the technologies are transferred between the partners. She offers a full range of services in relation to foreign direct investment in various sectors majorly Automotive, IT, F&B and Electronics along with drafting and vetting of Transaction Documentation in relation to the protection of technology being transferred and have assisted in many such inbound and outbound deals. She also deals extensively on various FEMA issues advising Foreign Companies affecting their entry into India.
