The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI), under the aegis of its HR Committee, and in partnership with Trilegal, successfully hosted a high-impact webinar on “India’s New Labour Codes: The Compliance Reset for 2025 and Beyond” on 4th December 2025.
The webinar opened with a welcome address by Ms. Renu Rohatagi, Communications Business Partner- Africa, Middle East & India, Air Liquideand Vice-Chairperson, IFCCI HR Committee, setting the context for why the Codes represent one of the most significant governance shifts for businesses operating in India.
Expert Insights by Trilegal:
Ms. Apeksha Mattoo, Partner - Labour & Employment, Trilegal, delivered a comprehensive analysis of the Codes, demystifying the complexities and outlining their implications for HR, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.

- The New Architecture of Labour Law: Understanding the shift from 29 separate laws to 4 consolidated Codes and what this means for employers.
