The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) successfully hosted a full-day Executive Leadership Development workshop, "The Unspoken Code of Leadership: Mastering Presence and Gravitas," on August 19, 2026, at IFCCI Mumbai office.
Led by ICF-Accredited Coach Ms. Anjali Patil, Founder of Illumina Consulting, the interactive session brought together a select cohort of 9 senior leaders from our member companies. Through engaging activities, reflective exercises, and deep-dive discussions, participants explored how shifts in communication style, behavioural cues, and strategic influence shape stakeholder perceptions and elevate leadership impact.
