IFCCI in association with Khaitan & Co. successfully hosted a virtual knowledge session on GST & Customs Playbook 2025–26 on 27 November 2025.
The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI), in association with Khaitan & Co., successfully hosted a virtual knowledge session titled “GST & Customs Playbook 2025–26: Key Considerations for Indo-French Businesses in India” on 27 November 2025.
The session focused on unpacking the evolving GST and Customs landscape for FY 2025–26, offering practical and strategic insights for Indo-French businesses operating in India. The discussion began with welcome remarks from Mr. Priyank Prakash, Senior Manager – Advocacy & Content, IFCCI, who set the context for the webinar.
The session was led by Mr. Brijesh Kothary, Partner, and Mr. Mayank Jain, Partner, Khaitan & Co., who delivered an in-depth presentation on India’s trade pivot and navigating the India–France Year of Innovation, highlighting key regulatory shifts impacting cross-border operations.

Sectoral implications of GST 2.0 revisions, with a focus on Automobile, Aviation, and Defence sectors
