IFCCI Higher Education Committee Meeting: Sidelines of the AGM 2025
IFCCI hosted a Higher Education Committee Meeting for its members on the sidelines of the AGM on 26th September at the Athena School of Management.
The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) successfully hosted a Higher Education Committee Meeting for its members on the sidelines of the IFCCI Annual General Meeting on 26th September 2025, at the Athena School of Management, Mumbai.
The session opened with remarks by Ms. Maud Le Bars, Chairperson – IFCCI Higher Education Committee and South Asia Area Manager, Omnes Education, and Mr. Aditya Singh, Director, Athena School of Management. Ms. Le Bars shared an overview of the Committee’s past initiatives and presented findings from a survey analyzing the employability of Indian alumni from French higher education institutions within French companies in India, while Mr. Singh offered insights on strengthening links between French alumni and French businesses operating in India.
An engaging roundtable discussion followed, where members addressed recruitment challenges faced by alumni and explored potential solutions, including the creation of a dedicated job portal. The deliberations centered on integrating global best practices, fostering cross-cultural learning, and enhancing international collaboration within the higher education sector.
Ms. Vandana Tilwani, CHRO India and Chief Inclusion Officer, APAC, Havas, highlighted the company’s diverse internship and training programs, emphasizing the importance of building strong bridges between French companies and the alumni network.
The session concluded with closing remarks by Ms. Jyotsna Mansukhani, Head – HR & Recruitment, IFCCI, who reflected on the success of the IFCCI Career Booster Series and ongoing initiatives to connect French companies with talented alumni.
