The French Embassy in India / Ambassade de France en Inde, Institut français, Campus France and France Alumni celebrated France Alumni Day 2025 in collaboration with the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IFCCI) on 16th May 2025 at the Embassy of France.

The event witnessed the presence of H.E. Mr. Thierry Mathou, Ambassador of France to India & Ms Anne Grillo, Director for Global Issues, Ministère des Affaires étrangères français.

Another highlight of the evening was the insightful panel discussion on "Working Women: Challenges, Opportunities and Good Practices", moderated by Ms. Payal S. Kanwar, Director General, IFCCI. The session brought together a distinguished panel of France alumni who are leading change and creating impact across sectors:

-Ruchi Mago, Head - Human Resources & Employee Experience, Orange Business
-Anisha Bali, Director, Leading Big 4 Consulting Firm
-Farheen Nahvi, Research Assistant to Dr. Robert Heinsch, Kalshoven-Gieskes Forum
-Sudeep Gupta, Founder & CEO, Store My Goods

The discussion sparked meaningful conversations around empowering women in the workforce, the importance of inclusive leadership, and the evolving role of organizations in building equitable workplaces. The panellists candidly shared their experiences as alumni of French institutions, highlighting how French education played a transformative role in shaping their global outlook and unlocking international career pathways.

The session concluded with a networking session, fostering connections and strengthening the Indo-French alumni and professional community.
