The service allows companies to screen prospective business partners with the assistance of comprehensive corporate profiles and extensive document verification services.

The new service offers:

- Risk Databases Screening which will include compliance database screening and criminality, regulatory and litigation checks

- Registrar of Companies Filings Checks to verify the legal existence and proper incorporation of the subject entity, to identify ownership and directorship and verify basic financial information

- Site Visit to verify the business presence of unincorporated entities

- Client Reference Checks to establish the firm’s experience, credibility and reliability

- Derogatory Media Checks to identify any derogatory media coverage on the subject entity in the country of location.

- Comprehensive Due Diligence Reports in case of selected transactions including high value investments, Joint Ventures, IPOs or M&A Subjects.
