The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Bangalore, had organized the launch of the start-up committee on 24th August 2017. The objective of this committee is to create a platform for Start-up Heads from top Indian and French Start-ups to network, meet Industry experts and discuss best practices as well as exchange views on current industry trends on a quarterly basis.
The launch had the first session conducted on ‘Initiatives by French institutions to support the Indian Start-Up Ecosystem’ by Mr. Seetharaman Venkatraman, SVP - Open Innovation Enabler - Amplifying Digital, Transformation Advantage for Businesses, Société Générale followed by a session on ‘Intellectual Property Rights and Law’ by Mr. Nishad Nadkarni, Partner, Intellectual Property, Khaitan & Co.
This was succeeded by a closed-door meeting with the core committee members on the course of the committee for the year. The Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry, as part of its 40th year in India, has successfully launched committee’s on Human Resources, CFO, CSR & Communications for Indo-French Companies.
